Love, serendipity… and how My ForeverMate™ was born. 💛

Life is funny like that—sometimes one simple moment can change everything.

For me, it started with something I never expected: I was on a dating site, just kind of… testing the waters. Not fully convinced, not fully serious—just curious. And then I got a message from Al that made me pause.

He didn’t come in with the usual “hey beautiful” (thank goodness 😅).
He invited me to chase the sunset on a boat.

And if you know me, you know that hit my heart immediately—because I’ve always loved nature, peaceful moments, and the kind of sunsets that make you breathe a little deeper. So of course… I responded.

Our first meet-up (and that feeling)

We met in Chicago at Union Station then to Navy Pier, surrounded by the city, the water, and that “something special might be happening” kind of energy. The connection was easy—like we weren’t trying to force anything. We just clicked.

And from there, things unfolded naturally… and quickly.

Within weeks, it was clear this wasn’t just a casual connection. It was one of those “this is different” kind of loves. The kind where you don’t have to pretend to be anyone else. The kind where you feel safe being fully yourself.

We started spending our weekends by the water, soaking up the calm, laughing at our own jokes, and building a love that felt grounded and real.

Where “My ForeverMate” came from

At some point, Al started calling me “My ForeverMate.”
And it wasn’t just a cute nickname—it felt like a promise. Like a reminder that we were building something lasting.

That name stayed with me… and eventually, it became the heart of what I wanted to create.

Why I created My ForeverMate™

My ForeverMate™ was born from our love story—but it’s not only about us.

It’s about what I’ve learned through love:
